We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were friendly and attentive, especially Monica, Georgia, Alaria, Lana. The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. The location of this hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and easy access to a beautiful public beach via an underpass. The Etna and Toarmina trip added excitement to our honeymoon experience. We also enjoyed the on-site massage center, which was incredibly relaxing. The unique request we made was handled perfectly, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
